Do you offer free shipping?
We love to spoil our members - so yes, you bet π As a member, you can choose free delivery on your Goodiebox every month. You can have it sent to your nearest parcel shop for 0 kr. π or choose home delivery for a small fee.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Absolutely π There's no commitment, and you can cancel your membership whenever it suits you. Easy and entirely on your terms. We'd of course love for you to stay π₯² but it's always your choice.

We totally understand if you're wondering β it sounds almost too good to be true π It's possible because we work closely with brands and skip the expensive middlemen. How does the gift work?
As a new member, you get to choose an extra gift as part of your welcome offer π Once you've signed up and chosen your gift, we pack your mystery box and place the gift directly in the box with the other products, so you get everything together in one box. So don't worry if there's only one box waiting in the mailbox - it just means everything is included π
Where can I read about the products?
You can read about your products and much more in our lovely selfcare app π Here you can unbox your box digitally and dive into each individual product β with product descriptions, videos, tips and "good to know". You can also see ingredients and learn how to best use your products in everyday life.
Is it possible to skip a month?
Of course πββοΈ As a member, you can skip a Goodiebox whenever you want (just remember to do it before you're charged for it). The only small rule? You can't skip two boxes in a row β but otherwise you're free to skip when you need a break.
What if I've been a member before?
Then we welcome you back β we've missed you! π You can easily join again and become a member in just a few clicks. Simply go through the sign-up flow, and we'll ask you to log in to your old account so you can reactivate your subscription.
